What end-to-end accompaniment includes
Good accompaniment does not end with booking an appointment. These are the services we coordinate, as agreed with you in advance:
- A first conversation, and liaison with the medical team
- A written plan before any decision
- Your e-visa application, and coordination around your flights
- Airport welcome, hotel and transfers
- Accompaniment to the consultation, and our representative at the hospital during surgery
- A Hebrew interpreter, a nurse arranged as needed, and daily (or every-other-day) visits
- A treatment summary translated into Hebrew, and your transfer to the airport
- A year of support and coordination after you return
What to ask before deciding
Who the treating doctor is and how they trained; where the treatment takes place; exactly what the proposal includes — and what it does not; how long the doctor recommends staying after treatment; and what happens if a question arises once you are home.
Medical answers come from the doctor alone. Everything else — logistics, coordination and accompaniment — we set out for you in writing.
