How we protect your personal and medical information
- We ask only for the information needed for coordination: your name, a way to reach you, the field you are interested in and approximate timing.
- Detailed medical information and medical documents are not submitted through the website form; they are passed to the medical team through a channel agreed with you in advance.
- Photos, if the doctor asks for them, are sent to your coordinator on WhatsApp and passed to the medical team only with your consent. The website form does not accept photos.
- Your information is used only to reply to you and coordinate your journey. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
- Access to your information is limited to the team members handling your request.
- You may ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to elirantevakol@gmail.com.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form: name, phone, email (optional), the field of interest and a free-text message.
We recommend not writing sensitive medical information in the form.
What it is used for
To return to you about your enquiry, and to arrange a private conversation about the journey and the accompaniment.
WhatsApp and email
Clicking a WhatsApp or email link opens your app or mail program. The correspondence takes place there, subject to the terms of those services.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not currently use tracking cookies, analytics or marketing pixels. Should this change, this document will be updated.
